Hi emoticon and congratulations on beginning your Spark journey!

There's so much here to help you along the way and excellent advice to setting and achieving healthy goals. With the thousands and thousands of fellow Sparkers you will always find someone you can connect with. I am always amazed how many lives have been changed for the better through the use of SparkPeople.

That should point you in the right direction. I find that if you just start looking around Spark, you will quickly learn about the wonderful tools available for your use. After being a Sparker since 2007, I still find something new and very useful.

Greetings and Salutations!
Thank you for having me. My goals are getting this 52 year old body in the shape that it's spirit is, it only in it's twenties, but with more knowledge and experience. Before gravity wins completely, I'm fighting back against the bat-wings, over jiggly thighs, and frog butt. I have lost 100 pounds twice in my life, and have kept 90 of it of for 10 years. The last ten doesn't bother me, but not being firm does. Back to healthier eating, and moving in the right direction to tighten up. I have added a slow down to not smoking goal, as well as meditating for an hour each day. The only control one has is over themselves. I want to be in control of my life instead of it the other way around. Thanks for being there a a support group..all aboard the Happy Train...be your own conductor!
