I second the pedometer recommendation. Also, see if you can get some workout DVD's and let the kids "work out" with you while you are using them. They will think it's like dancing and it's a real riot. Keeps you motivated to keep going too, and you don't have to find someone to watch them while you're doing it.

I have 2 under 2 and I am having a tough time. I cannot imagine how busy you are!!! A pedometer helps me a lot. It's hard to fit a good, long workout in everyday. I make sure I move as much as I can and a pedometer keeps me accountable. Make every step count. It all adds up!

I started by keeping it simple. Started in Mid- November with my simple goals. I have been using the Spark Points page to learn the site. This is great. I bought the book. Only read first 3 chapters. Plan to start the 28 day program in book on Jan 4th.

start by choosing your 3 fast break goals (at least 1 of them being a fitness related goal) and go from there.

I am a mom to three little ones ages 3, 4 and 5. After having three c-sections in less than three years I have found it almost impossible to get back into shape. I eat very healthy but don't exercise formally and when I stepped on the scale today I was astounded. I am overwhelmed and just need one person to tell me to get my butt moving and start this program!
