I love these feel good posts, well done! I too have started to really enjoy working out again. It's been a long time since I felt this good about it, I look forward to getting up in the mornings and working out. I have just started zumba and step aerobics, hoping to be down a lb next week. Yay for exercise!

I forgot to mention that I grilled up zucchini with my chicken. mmmm..mmm. haha. My workout was really great. I feel 100% better! Now just going to down this water, then hop in the shower! Hope you all have a great and healthy day! :D

my workout:
-Supermans, sumo squats
- shoulder presses, push-ups
- flys, woodchops
-floating legs, step ups
(did 3 sets and 15 reps of each) (step ups did for 30 seconds straight, three times)
Got a good sweat! :)

it's 2:13 pm and I'm going to go workout. I hope to put in a good hour. Be back then....to tell you how it went.

Today I ate a whole wheat bagel and cream cheese with oolong tea for my breakfast.
I made grilled garlic chicken and brown rice for lunch.
I had one (just one) piece of almond joy.

also, my aunt bought me cold mint water. I've seen them before in the stores but never was interested in them. The idea of mint water seemed gross to me. But I tried it and I have a new favorite beverage!
