Thank you Shannon & Bill for your support I really appreciate it. I've been down this road a lot but my intention is to stay focus and not give up. My exercise routine is not bad but I'm falling short on my diet. I really like some ideas for low glycemic diet ( or gluten free ).

Hello Spark people,
I'm a newbie as of today, I'm pretty sure I'm like most of you who have been in a rot. Last several years I've been a chubby girl trying her best to fit back into my teenager body again and have been failing. My goal is to get over the 'hump' in life, get fit, get healthy and feel good again in my skin. I'm not married or have kids and at times I feel worst for allowing myself for getting this unhealthy ( overweight). My height is 5'0 , weight 165lbs my goal is to drop 45lbs by October. Today is a new day and I'm feeling myself getting closer to my goals already. I've logged in food & exercise tracker make my meals for the week, I'm pretty excited right now.
