Hey guys, so I'm faced with a dilemma. I have been exercising and eating healthy for over a year now and I've lost 30 pounds since last January. I allow myself little cheats every once in a blue moon, but I eat healthy 98% of the time. I watch my calories and make sure that I'm getting enough based on my activity level and my BMR, etc. I've been exercising, but not over-doing it. I do weight training 3 days a week, 30-40 mins of cardio 3 days a week and try to get 10-15 mins of cardio in on the days that I'm weight training. In the past 2 weeks, though, I've noticed that I'm starting to gain weight. I've gained about 4 pounds in the past 2 weeks. There's no reason for it. I've been very stressed because of starting a new job, but I haven't been stress-eating. I have no idea what's going on and I'm beginning to get discouraged. Can anyone give me suggestions as to what might be causing this?
