You will want a date on those photos you take. One weight loss team program has participants hold a current copy of USA Today with a highlight of the photo date. It was effective for me!

Get those numbers recorded somewhere and take weekly photos as well.

If you are anything like me, it will be interesting to look back at your photos and your records to see how they change over time.

I went and met with a physical trainer today! We did my BMI, my body fat percentage, my water content, how much muscle I have etc...
I will be going twice a week to work with her! I'm excited to see the progress.

She had a lot of information about nutrition also. She really made me want to pursue my long time desire of becoming a physical trainer.
