Get those numbers recorded somewhere and take weekly photos as well.

I went and met with a physical trainer today! We did my BMI, my body fat percentage, my water content, how much muscle I have etc... I will be going twice a week to work with her! I'm excited to see the progress.
She had a lot of information about nutrition also. She really made me want to pursue my long time desire of becoming a physical trainer.
