It's totally a success! You are setting yourself up for doing well. I'd get the candly out of the house, though. I made my teenagers take theirs in their rooms and my husband take his to work.
Today's excuses are tomorrow's regrets dressed in disguise.
If you eat crap, you feel like crap and that makes you want more crap.

So after my original success with SparkPeople, then a new baby, then a few false starts at getting my weight under control once again, here I am. Today is the first day, but I feel serious about this start. Even with a house full of Easter goodies, I feel confident that this time I will stick with it. I've set my meals and snacks for the day and am following diligently. I'm not as heavy as I was when I started the first time, and I can't wait to see the weight come off. So all that being said, whether I'm right or wrong, I'm calling today a success.
