So after my original success with SparkPeople, then a new baby, then a few false starts at getting my weight under control once again, here I am. Today is the first day, but I feel serious about this start. Even with a house full of Easter goodies, I feel confident that this time I will stick with it. I've set my meals and snacks for the day and am following diligently. I'm not as heavy as I was when I started the first time, and I can't wait to see the weight come off. So all that being said, whether I'm right or wrong, I'm calling today a success.
