Ok, so I got a little side tracked during the lead up to Christmas, it's such abusy time of the year for most of us and as an event manager things get a little crazy.
Despite everything I've being managing to get to the gym at least 3 times a week and I must be making better choices about my nutrition. I've attended many events over the last 6-7 weeks and although I haven't been tracking my food I have managed to still lose a little weight, not as much as I'd have liked but still I'll take a small loss rather than any gain.
I'm still in holiday season mode but I intend to at least maintain my current weight as I would still like to lose 2-3 more kgs by the end of March!
