I lost about 20 pounds using Spark people several years ago, but got busy and dropped out before reaching my goal. Four years later, I'm ready to give it a go again.
The GOOD NEWS - I'm ten pounds lighter than when I quit Sparks the first time -Woohoo!!!
The BAD NEWS - I weigh 15 pounds more than I did 2 months ago.
Here I go again and looking forward to the journey!
