Thanks you all for your great support. I will attempt to track online my food, but don't go on the computer daily so am buying myself a book tomorrow that I can write it all down. Good advice and I will cherish your support. Thanks Linda

To both give and receive support, I suggest joining and participating in at least one Spark TEAM. When you signed up, SP offered you a "Spark Class" which is a team for the newbies who signed up the week you did.

This is a great place to be. There is everything on this site that you need to help your weight loss be successful. For me the best thing is the nutrition tracker. I faithfully track everthing that I eat and it is keeping me going. Hoping you find this as much help as I have. Sue
