WOW - what success you have had. I'm new and it is nice to see your positive example. I have always read the last pounds are the hardest to lose so don't be surprised if it doesn't happen as fast as it did at first.

I joined SparkPeople over 18 months ago when I first started my journey to a new and better me. I started at 368 pounds. I've lost around 180 pounds now, but I still have 40 pounds to go. So, I'm back to connect with people on the same journey as I am. I've interacted with some incredible people over the course of the past year and I'm looking forward to more new and supportive relationships here on the Spark.
I've kind of plateaued and I would love to not only have the support of this community as I continue down this path, but provide support to people like me chasing similar dreams. I hope to run my first marathon this year and finally reach my goal weight! Here we go!
