i am back too...i joined a couple years ago and then had a baby and finally weaned him and can hit the dieting hard. i really don't want to look at this as a diet though because i want the healthy changes i am making to be lifestyle changes that last forever. Hi everyone! This page helped me lose 40 lbs a few years ago, but since then I've had two children and adopted another. I'm 30 yo and I stay at home with my three boys (Ages 3 and under). My youngest is 4 months. I'm back on track and planning to lose 50 more pounds. It's a long journey and process.
