Thank you! I am an emotional eater and losing my grandmother has just about put me in a diabetic coma! My grandmother was #1 in my life. I haven't even began to deal with the loss, not really sure how. I still can't even think about her without crying. It's been 5 months, but feels like yesterday. She was so happy when I got healthy and lost the weight before and would hate to see me so miserable. I have to get better for her and for me!

I am sorry to hear about the loss you have suffered! I definitely have a sweet tooth too and it seems like the hardest thing for me to control. I wish you all the best getting back on the wagon and losing the lbs! Hope the journey brings you happiness!

Wow, just logged in and noticed that I really haven't lost any weight since May 2013. I cut all forms of sugar and grains for 30 days in June and felt fantastic. Then when I started eating sugar again I went down hill. I've been consuming LARGE amounts of chocolate/sugary stuff everyday, barely eating any vegetables, and not exercising AT ALL. There was a time in my life when I would work out almost 7 days a week. I weighed 145lbs and I had energy through the roof. In 2.5 years I've managed to gain almost 100lbs back and a slug exercises more than I do. I love to lift weights, but now don't even have the energy to get out of bed in the morning. I have had a lot of loss in my life this year and depression that followed isn't helping. I'm seriously frustrated but have set a goal to be back to my FIT self by the 30th birthday. I turn 29 in November, so I have a year to kick myself in the butt. I hope that I can keep up with spark and get some motivation. First things first..I have to get rid of this sugar addiction. whew.
