I started this in July but never really did anything with it. But something happened Monday that has just put a little more than a spark under my butt. I started having chest pains and couldn't breathe. Well I'm only 41 so I was terrified (not that age matters but....). I ended up going to the ER and had my blood pressure was 158/93. My blood sugar wasn't much better. I do have type 2 diabetes. I ended up staying in the hospital for 3 days. I had an angiogram because, well look at the risk factors and didn't even mention I'm about 100 lbs. overweight. It came out clear but I was blessed this time. Apparently, I am having anxiety attacks. I can't live this way anymore. I need a new start and motivation. I'm really praying I can do it this time.
