I am in the same boat. Just restarting after a few months of no activity but I'm getting active now. I bust my butt in the gym for about 2 hours a day, 5-6 days a week and it keeps me motivated. Anyways if you need someone to talk to or whatnot, I'm here for you!

Hello all! I started my Spark account a while back and got off track after a bad breakup of almost 8 years and sorta fell into a slight depression and eating frenzie! Now I am back on track and doing much better!! Ready to start getting rid of some of this extra weight I carry around! Best of luck to everyone out there and I will be here for a while tracking everything from what I eat to how long I workout! =) So glad to have this sight to blog and keep track of everything!

Just a few suggestions:

- Tracking food and exercise is a great tool for reaching your goal - no better way to keep yourself accountable!

- You might want to consider making your Spark page public so that people can visit you and support you! I have found that my Spark friends are my biggest motivation!

- Posting on the message boards of your teams is another good way to meet people and make friends!

Hello,

I am returning Spark member starting from scratch. My goal is to lose 20lbs by my June destination wedding. I need something to keep me on track and I believe that there is no better way that Spark! Thank you for offersing such an awesome program for free!
