Hi Angela! Welcome back!!!!

I have a fitbit and I love it! We have a Fitbit Sparkteam - I can send you an invite to the team!

Well, my foot is FINALLY allowing me to be consistent with my walking routine, to the point where I even did a jogging lap at the dog park yesterday! This makes me so happy because since my foot surgery 6/25/12 I have not been able to walk very far at all. Initially it was the post surgical healing, but as a result, I developed a Morton's Neuroma on the opposite foot which was so painful it kept me from being active.

So I am now back, heaviest I've ever been, and finally seem to be making consistent progress in preparing my own meals and walking consistently. I got a dog specifically so I'd have to walk him and consequently myself too. He will also be a great jogging companion as when he's not sniffing every little thing, he does stick right by my side and run with me.

I also got a Fitbit which I am loving, espeically because it sync's automatically to Sparkpeople and I can send my food from Sparkpeople to fitbil. Helps me get a better overall picture of my progress.

I have over 100# to release from this body of mine. seems so daunting that it's actually prevented me from even starting again. I've lost 89# before and while I enjoyed it it was hard work. I was working with a personal trainer during most of that time and I can't afford that anymore and had convinced myself I couldn't do it on my own.

Well I have no choice, I have to do it on my own now! I can't stand living in my own skin being so heavy and I'm noticing how crabby I am all the time too...cause I'm miserable in my own skin.

So here goes, again..
