Thank you Keith,

I'm truly amazed at your weight loss, I'm kind of stuck even though I'm eating less calories than indicated!? Yesterday I weighed 201.8, today I weigh 201, it's a step in the right direction but i'm yoyoing around 200 lbs. I've increased my walking and weight training and I feel better physically, but can't seem to get the weight off!?

Thank you so much for the words of encouragement Marilyn, you have given me more self confidence and made me realize that even though I had been below the orange line all along, sometimes you go over. I already exercised more and I'm going to pay close attention to my calory intake (without being hungry) Thank you

Take a few minutes and make up a sparkpage - make it public allowing members to post a message to you on it

Also don't forget to participate on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement there.

As to being about the orange line - don't fret it - if you are eating correctly and exercising as you should it will come back into place - just keep doing the right things and all will be ok

Hi everyone,

I'm am (as of today) above my projected weight loss even though I exercise and eat less than the maximum amount of calories aloud. I hope my weight comes down tomorrow, I'm about to walk to burn more calories, but I welcome suggestions as to what to do to get back on track.

My name is Bert I want to go from 204 to 185, I am now at about 200.8 when I should be about 200, this is the first time I've gone above the orange line and I'm worried I'll stay above that!!!

Any comments or suggestions are welcomed.
