Not sure that I can be your workout buddy in physical form, but I'm happy to be your virtual buddy! I live in another country - another continent, in fact, but we have similar weight goals and I've just joinded SparkPeople.
I also work long hours and I'm NOT an early morning person, but I've been so absolutely determined to do something about my health and shape, that I've gotten up a few times this last week to do the strength exercises offered under "MyFitness". I'm sure this will help you, too. And the biggest satisfaction is ticking off each exercise as you complete it.
If you're anything like me, it must have taken a while to put on the extra kilos, so give yourself enough space and time to get rid of them.
Read as many of the success stories as you can - they are truly inspiring. And when you look at the 'before' pictures, you'll notice that most are 'normal' people who also have to apply patience, but with small, continuous goals, they all have reason to celebrate every milestone.
I'm about to leave the office now to go home, eat leftover supper and then go to gym at around 8:30 pm!
