40 minutes a day is HUGE! That's over 1,000 calories burned every week! Recently a local paper ran an article called "Walking: The Solution to All Your Health Problems" - http://austinist.com/2013/07/08/the_soluti on_to_all_your_health_pro.php It inspired me to start walking too! It may not seem much to you, but I am walking as much as 40 mins a day. I mostly do it on my own, which gives me thinking time. Previously my day has been organised for me, with no 'me' space allowed. I can now begin to think about other goals.
