Hello to everyone who reads this!
I found sparkpeople today when researching motivation from anywhere that can get me to start my healthy life. I'm young but it's been a difficult road with my weight. All I want to do is feel better, not only about the way I look but the way I feel. I've tried a variety of different things and I just want to be able to do this without fading away from it. I always start strong, and then the fading begins. I don't want to fade this time. I've realized this now and I'm just ready to be the happiest I can be. I fully believe making my life healthier will make me a happier person, because I've slowly lost that. I'm very excited that I found this site and to have a supportive place to go when I'm feeling like giving up or nervous or anything about losing this weight. I've never done anything like this before and I'm hoping and thinking this will be a positive thing for me. Let the healthy living begin!! :)
