For the past 3 days, I've limited my calorie intake to 1200-1500. And at first that may not seem like it's enough, but my body's adjusted splendidly! No crazed hunger, ravenous appetite. No feeling dizzy because I have been eating regular meals.WA-HOO !
It feels good!
