I'm brand new to this site, but I had lost 55 lbs in 4 months (2009) on Dr. Bernstein (it was very unhealthy and gave me a slight eating disorder for months following.)
I was able to keep the majority of the weight off for years, but in the last six months of high stress I am up 25 lbs from where I want to be. I've been following sparks people for 4 days now and am down 2 lbs from where I started.
This is great! I can see a difference in my food selections and there are TONS of recipes to follow. Thank you everyone! you've inspired me!
