Hi: Been here before, but this time I really am motivated. I am 69 years young and very very active. Just joined a fitness center cause was having a problem exercising on my own. Having fun with it...challenging myself. I am at 148, goal is 125 or a bit less. Thanks SparkPeople for being there for all of us ! emoticon
