I have been a member for years but I haven't been extremely good at logging my workouts these past few years. That has lead to me not working out as much as I need to. This year my goal is to make more time for myself which will allow me to get my workouts in. It feels great to be back!

I was an active member on here in 2007. I am now returning to try this again. I am over 300lbs. and I am motivated with new reasons why I need/want to lose weight. I do tend to slack and although I am motivated, I need a bit more extrinsic encouragement than the intrinsic I am giving myself. I wont go so far as to say that I need to be held accountable per se but just a bit of encouragement from time to time.I have a friend here that I will see daily and we will be working out together but the kicker is he is already small (he will be working out to train for a half marathon he wants to run in Oct.) I need someone who has to struggle to lose like myself so we can celebrate the pounds melting away together. So ANY one who connects with me regarding this, please write me back, i'm waiting eagerly for my Spark support people! Thanks
