Foolish me dropped out for about 5 weeks. Went back to a program I did back in 2000 and lost 45 pounds. Well as you get older losing weight is not the same as it was when you were 13 years younger. Age is one thing and metabolism is another. Jan 2012 my Doctor diagnosed me as pre diabetic, Mar 2013 I started seeing the clinics registered dietition. I lose just about 13 pounds in 10 months. I tried SparkPeople but it seems to consume a huge amount of my time on the computer and I would rather not do that. I spend the over 33 years of my career before I retired just about tied to a computer. Than about 5 weeks ago when I went back to the program I was on in 2000. Here I am back with SparkPeople and it seems to probably be the program that will work for me.
