Sounds like you have been very busy! The best approach may be to act as though you are here for the first time, to go through the Spark Diet stages, especially the third one about Habits! - as though you are reading everything for the first time. Thoughts that you weren't ready for the first time may click changes into action. You're looking at everything here through wiser 'eyes' than you did the first time around!

WOW I've been gone awhile. This new home building and moving and my disease and then all the fun stuff to do here in our retirement community has got me off track BIG TIME. But I'm giving it another shot.
