I got kind of discouraged this week as the scale didn't seem to want to move lol. But then I realized that some clothes I hadn't worn in a long time now fit!! So I must be losing inches even tho the pounds haven't come off yet. This is the easiest weight loss plan I have ever tried and I'm sure I'll be able to stick with it for the rest of my life. It's a challenge each day to fill out my food tracker and still stay on track. I have been walking 2 miles each morning but am thinking I will have to get a tread mill for winter. My grandkid's are going to see a slimmer grandma next spring. Can't wait to see when anyone will notice I'm thinner lol. Dianne
