Well, SPARKPEOPLE didn't write when I woke up at 2 AM SO WENT RIGHT TO IT. Started with prayers w/ lighted candle and I put in a WORD FOR SPARKPEOPLE. Exercised started at 2:45 am, finished at 4:02 am then started walking immediately 10, 012 steps and it took a little longer then expected for as I wrote yesterday I have COPD and I am walking inside it is very humid in here. So, this is the weekend and I know you do other thing's but don't forget the walking. GOD BLESS YOU, GOOD LUCK TOWARDS YOUR GOAL AND YOU CAN DO THIS. emoticon .
