How can I get information just geared to people out there like me?i am. Gluten free Soy free Sugar free Egg free MSG free. And Vegetarian. I do have absolutely plain, sugar free, yogurt sometimes And I do have vitamins to help my weak heart be stronger And help my body to slow down the macular degeneration that I inherited from my fathers side of the family. Most recipe books do not address all this so I still need to modify, so I mighty just as well build my own book. I will try to see if this present plan will address all of these issues. I am also very hypo thyroid and do not need many calories to maintain my present, overweight condition, so I must reduce my caloric intake to arrive at a good weight for my now, five foot eighty two year old figure. I have lost over five inches of my height so now need even less food than I needed before, and have a broken tail bone from a fall and concussion I had this Spt 8th 2013! , now if all those things are not a challenge.
