That's fantastic. You must be a wonderful role model. My husband has quit smoking after 40 years (120 days) and started walk/jogging and going to the gym. It feels so good at our age to be getting healthier the Spark way!!! Congratulations! Leslie

My husband has added strength training by using my "Fit, Firm and Fired Up" DVD! I've mentioned that although his cardio is enviable, he might want to add some strength training to protect his joints and bones....just a little "spark" but I'm glad he is taking care of himself!
