It can be normal to hurt a day or two after exercise if you've overdone it or are new to it. Take a gentle walk, or a warm bath, and don't do that exercise again until they don't hurt. It won't always be that way.

It may seem like a stuipd question, but I hurt so badly. My legs are killing me it is hard to walk up the steps. Is that normal?
