OMG! I watched it last night on Netflix, too. They had my attention until juicing and detoxing. However, it's still food for thought! It's still well done.

Here is who made the documentary. They also made "Food Matters". If you haven't seen that one another good one to watch.

James & Laurentine
Producer/Directors 'Hungry For Change' and 'Food Matters'

We here at Hungry For Change are committed to helping you help yourself. We believe that your body is worthy of good care and that no one is more suitably qualified to care for it than yourself. Think of us as your nutritional consultants and know that we are here with you on your journey to a healthier life.

My kids used to eat Cheezit's and Doritos and I often wondered why they couldn't stop eating them and always wanted more more more and then yet so hungry. Those products both have MSG. It's all the hidden stuff in food that is making us obese.

Now, we as a family try to stay away from anything processed and just try to stick with clean simple eating.

Who paid for it to be made, what is their agenda?

Last night I watched the documentary "Hungry For Change". It was an amazing documentary spelling out why the foods we are eating are making us starving and hungry for more. It made so much sense.

I streamed it online via Netflix, but here is a link for the trailer. Definitely worth your time!
