I FIND THE MORE ACTIVE I AM THE LESS TIME I HAVE TO EAT, SO I EAT A WHOLE LOT LESS.

I'm confused.....are you saying that you are always hungry because you are not eating enough (quantity) or that what you are eating is not satisfying or filling?

Same here, it can take a while to recognise that feeling when you really are full. That's why eating slowly is important.

Are you getting enough fat and protein? I find I'm hungrier if I let my carbs overrun my protein. emoticon

Help! I am hungry all the time. I eat healthy things, and I stay under my calories, but I feel like all I do is eat all day long. There's got to be some middle ground that will make me stop thinking about my next meal every other moment. I feel like I eat a TON of small meals through out the day. It's becomming problematic!
