Same here, it can take a while to recognise that feeling when you really are full. That's why eating slowly is important.

Are you getting enough fat and protein? I find I'm hungrier if I let my carbs overrun my protein.

Help! I am hungry all the time. I eat healthy things, and I stay under my calories, but I feel like all I do is eat all day long. There's got to be some middle ground that will make me stop thinking about my next meal every other moment. I feel like I eat a TON of small meals through out the day. It's becomming problematic!
