No, that isn't silly. I get like that too. I am hungry, I look in the fridge, the cupboards, and nothing looks appealing to me. I usually just end up eating something because I know I have to. Usually peanut butter toast and hot tea win out when nothing else sounds good.

It sounds a little like you need to be served, rather than making something yourself. Is there a healthy restaurant you could go to, and get something you like?

Self-care while changing your diet is essential. Sometimes this means making things that are fun or visually interesting, not just boring food. When I feel in the doldrums, I try ramping up the "interesting" in a meal.

Eat something you don't usually have. Try something Asian if you haven't had Asian in a while. Or Mexican, or whatever. For a while, I got into Korean food and Bento boxes because they were entertaining. And I'd make the food myself so I knew it'd be healthy.

And btw, Flintstones vitamins are fun. Keep those. Just make sure you're getting enough daily vitamins for an adult!

Ok this is going to sound stupid...

I'm starving it seems like, but every time I go into the kitchen and look at something to eat, I am not into it. I tried looking up recipes, but I'm not into it, nothing sounds even remotely ok. But like I took my vitamins today, and yes this is stupid, they are flintstones vitamins. And I subconsciously tried to get another one, I literally had to put it back in the bottle and tell myself I already had one.

I have had a bad diet today, I ate some chips this morning because my boyfriend brought them into bed with me...(I know you're not supposed to eat in bed, but he does...he's a freak that way, it rubs off onto me) And I ate a special k bar because I know I have to eat something. But..no real food sounds good... what to do?
