I'm new to SparkPeople, and am very excited about this positive site. I joined because two years ago, I lost 80 lbs on the hcg diet, only to gain 40 of it back with my last pregnancy. I've been very discouraged about the weight gain, but was reluctant to follow the hcg diet again because it was so easy to become obsessive about my weight, and I don't want to be a bad example to my children. I have 4 children ages 7,5,4 and 10 months, (2 boys, 2 girls) and a very supportive husband. I enjoy cooking, sewing, crafting, photography. I jumped right in on tracking my calories and exercising and am happy to say that I've lost 4 pounds this week. I am praying for success and strength to stick to this to create a healthier, happier me!
