I understand what you are going through. I have 4 kids...my day starts at 6 am, I have to get all 4 kids up & ready for school while I am getting ready for work. I take the kids to school (4 different schools) then I have to be at work at 8:30 & don't get off until 5:30, I then have to pick up the younger 2 and go home make supper, help with homework, baths, put them in the bed & then I head to the gym. I get home between 10 & 11 but it is so worth it. I am getting healthy. On weekends we do something as a family & I sometimes skip the gym.

We ALWAYS make time for the things we deem important!
If it is really really important to you to get healthy, you WILL find the time. Take a walk at work. Exercise while dinner is being made. have your son work out with you. Kids love that kind of thing-- Mommy and son time.

How do i find the time to do what I need to do? I'm up at 6:30, get my son up and ready and i'm gone by 7. His Granny takes him to school.. I'm at work by 8. I dont leave until 530 and make it home by 7. Then it's homework, dinner, bath and bed for my son by 845. Usually I will nap until my boyfriend gets out around midnight and visit with him for a few hours. Then to bed and I do it all over again. I'm tired just from my day-to-day. I guess I will need to get him to bed and head to the gym instead of sleep. I think I need a multivitamin!
