It appears to be a mishmash of different bodyweight exercises and some assisted Pilates type exercises. Since it is sustained for an hour I would classify it as a light resistance bodyweight programme. There is nothing shown in the video which would meet the standard for a dedicated cardio workout.
Nothing really new or unique here just a different combination of standard bodyweight, barre and Pilates exercises.

Sounds similar to power yoga. That's what I would log it as.

I've been doing a workout called "BarreAmped". We start off doing some arm work with light weights, into the thigh/seat bar work, planks/pushups, stretching, bridge work etc.
The class is an hour, and you do work up a sweat, but it's very 'gentle' (overall) and low impact. Not sure what to track it under.
