Pretty good - I did my arms strength training this morning and then did some laps around the parking lot before work -it is so nice to be able to walk outside and enjoy the fresh air

It was tiring, but worth it. I felt like a star in the mirror (I rocked out to my favorite fast-jams). :) It's still hard on me, but I'm gonna get used to it eventually and be able to handle more and more.

i still didn't workout today
but for yesterday
i had a lot of fun in 20 mins with Shaun hip hops abs

10 mins shaking booty with Tiffany , u feel her positivity and u want to do more

29 mins was zumba class i love the songs it was all quite but we worked hard for the moves

i still didn't exercise today

yesterday was great i dance with the wii dance 4 around 25 mins it was really fun

i did kim karadashian dvd it scheduled as 50 mins i did only 15 but it was great and motivated

i did 10 mins booty shaking with Tiffany Roth , the best 10 mins , end fast and she was so energize and positive , full of power

i want to do more , but i was so sleepy
