Something I often do, as well, is pick the "Enter your own exercise," which is a link right below where you look for the exercise you've performed. You then pick "strength" on the pull down tab, and can manually enter what you've done, how many reps you've completed, and how many sets you did. Hope that helps!
I've been travelling the last month. When I logged in today to resume recording strength training, I cannot find the "old" page. Has the system changed recently? How can I find and log individual strength exercises like crunches on the ball or dumbbell curls?
