A heart rate monitor would be the most accurate way to estimate calories burned. But if you're looking for an activity in the database, I think stair climber is probably going to be your closest bet.
Hope that helps,

when I run bleachers, I add it as BLEACHERS (created my own category & saved to my favorites). I wear a HRM, so I can estimate the calories burned.

Lately, every couple of weeks, I have been going to the local auditorium and running up and down every set of their stairs (they have 17) about 4 times. It is great cardio and it keeps things interesting. The only problem is, I'm not sure how to track it on my fitness tracker. It's not really walking. Maybe light aerobics. Stair climbing isn't on there, just a stair machine, but I don't think I get as many steps in as if I were on an actual machine. Any ideas or suggestions?
