Lately, every couple of weeks, I have been going to the local auditorium and running up and down every set of their stairs (they have 17) about 4 times. It is great cardio and it keeps things interesting. The only problem is, I'm not sure how to track it on my fitness tracker. It's not really walking. Maybe light aerobics. Stair climbing isn't on there, just a stair machine, but I don't think I get as many steps in as if I were on an actual machine. Any ideas or suggestions?
