Probably either low-impact cardio or strength training, depending on what you're doing exactly.

Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.

I have recently started pole fitness classes, and I am wondering how to track them in the exercise portion of SP? I cannot wear my heart rate monitor to class either to track calories burned.
