99% of Jillian's stuff is cardio, with occasional small weights thrown in (but still cardio.) She doesn't use challenging enough weights to really call it cardio.

I'm going to be exercising via Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution program and I was just wondering how to go about tracking it. Some of the videos are all cardio, but the others are circuit training involving strength training AND cardio. How would you go about tracking these accurately?

Starting at 165 lbs on April 14th, 2013.
