Hi! I was determined to do as best I could for this holiday season. I gain most of my yearly weight between Halloween and New Years. So I avoided the Halloween candy and started dieting. I started going to my Zumba class. Went on Thanksgiving day
and then went again this weekend. As of yesterday I have a cold that has drained my energy and my motivation to cook healthy foods for the week and to exercise.
Any suggestions on how to stay motivated while you have a cold?
