Make sure your eating your fruit and vegetables these are our vitamin and mineral sources that supply us with good immunity against colds..
Not able to exercise- don't over eat- keep within the calorie range perhaps to the low end for little or no exercise..
Rest and recover- it isn't a time to have a pity party and eat everything in sight.. If you don't feel up to making food ask family or a good friend to make some hearty soup or healthy options you can squeeze down..
I hope you feel better soon.. With repeat colds- I am doing soul searching if my nutrition is balanced- because if you eat healthier- it should make your immune system more robust..

Hi! I was determined to do as best I could for this holiday season. I gain most of my yearly weight between Halloween and New Years. So I avoided the Halloween candy and started dieting. I started going to my Zumba class. Went on Thanksgiving day emoticon

and then went again this weekend. As of yesterday I have a cold that has drained my energy and my motivation to cook healthy foods for the week and to exercise.

Any suggestions on how to stay motivated while you have a cold?

FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!
