I have to be the fly in the ointment. It's never going to taste the same. They put stuff in that crap that is designed to keep you coming back for more and more and more. These are ingredients that are not easily pronouncable. The closest you can get is whole milk or cream, cinnamon (or cinnamon oil) and splenda or splenda/sugar blend.
When you are trying to lose weight and manage blood sugar, you have to get used to new things and re-train your taste buds. I don't crave sugar (or even chocolate anymore).
So can I ask a really dumb and probably obvious question to you? What's the sense in using splenda if you are using sugar laden creamer?????? And 3 splenda!? OYE VEY you must really love super sicky sweets. I use in a 16 oz cup of coffee 1/2 - 3/4 packet of splenda and sugar free french vanilla creamer (1 tbsp). Can you even taste the coffee or is it just the vanilla and cinamon flavor you like?
You might want to try a flavored sugar free version of a latte if that's the case.
How about tea? Squeeze some lime in your tea, it's especially good iced!
The sugarlessness takes some getting used to, but you just have to train your tongue to get used to not having sugar.
I take my tea and coffee without sugar all the time now.

I have never heard of this stuff, but it sounds disgusting to me (sorry, babe - as soon as you touch down in the US the stink of cinnamon hits - makes me heave. Why ruin the taste of good coffee?)
Anyway, the reason I replied is that I have successfully replaced coffee mate with Alpro Soya Single Cream, and that, together with a low cal sweetener might do the trick. We have one here called Sweet Freedom - dunno if you can get it in the US.

Instead of trying and failing to mimick the flavor you love try a different flavor, here are some options.

Ok, so I'm a type 2 diabetic and have been trying to stop drinking my morning coffee because the only way I like it is with loaded with full flavor Cinnamon Vannila Creamer and three packs of splenda and the full flavor creamer jacks up my blood sugars. I have tried various sugar free creamers and nothing comes remotely close to the creamy satasfaction (heaven in a cup) that Cinnamon Vanilla Creamer provides. I miss my coffee! I'd love suggestions form anyone who can tell me the best sugar free alternative for me. I have tried sugar free hazelnut (yick) and sugar free french vanilla (double yick). Maybe I just need to add even more splenda? I don't know what it is, but I cannot come close to a good tasting coffee creamer in sugar free.
