Congrats on the weight you have lost.
You just gotta find something that fits your current lifestyle. Let yourself have what you love. Only make small changes. For instance, I have a lot of time right now, so I can workout a lot. But if I get a job, or take up more classes, I can't, so I'll pay more attention to food intake. If you love getting coffee on your way to work, let yourself have it. If you like fast food sometimes, let yourself have it. Small changes are the ones that stick so that you won't have to restart. You probably already know that by having lost weight already, though.
