Is there a good way to modify recipes that aren't very healthy but my family enjoys? I don't want to stop making these things but would like ideas on how to make them healthier……Don't really know where to start….
Thanks!

There isn't a listing for spelt flour in our database, but there are many members that have entered their own, so you can check to see if any of those are similar to the product you are using. If it is, then you can use their listing or if there isn't something similar, then you can enter it yourself. Same thing for coconut flour. There is a cornstarch listing and a baking powder listing, but it doesn't say gluten free. It may take some time to enter the nutritional values at first, but once you have those, they will be listed in your favorites and it will be easier and take less time to add those to your tracker in the future.

ok so some things were the way I was searching. Tks

I did modify a recipe, awsome! Tks

Now, I eat I lot of things gluten free.

So I use, splet flour, coconut flour, corn starch (gluten free), baking powder (gluten free), all purpose flour (gluten free), quinoa flour and more,,,, can`t find any of these. So I have to manually entered them, right? And if I do all that work, will others members have see them, I hope.

So I guess it will take me a lots of time to start with and after all the entries done it will be easier?????

Are you typing applesauce as one word? That came up for me when I searched for it, as did strawberry. How are you searching for these?

What are some examples of food you are having trouble finding? Have you tried changing the way you search for them?
