127 calories for 15 minutes sounds about right for a high-impact workout. That's about 500 calories an hour.

I'm curious which option from the workout list you use to track a turbo fire hit workout? I tried using the insanity one and it says I only burned 127 calories for 15 minutes- think that is accurate?
