I have been having a lot of trouble recently. Getting ready for my DD wedding, just had the shower, getting ready to move, y/e work at the office. It's constant demands on me. I'm an emotional eater. So . . . . . i need to check in with sparkpeople often. I want to look my best for the wedding -- I have such a pretty dress!

Have you ever grabbed a bag of chips, a snack cake and after you ate it thought, oh no I did it again. How do you stop yourself and keep your weight loss goal formost in your mind?
