It would be hard to know the difference without wearing a heart rate monitor, but I would guess surfing is about as close as you're going to get.

Hope that helps,

I went bodyboarding at the weekend- do I count this as "surfing" on the fitness tracker, or should I be putting it under another heading? Does it burn the same amount of calories as using a longboard?

I'm tired of starting over- so I'm going to quit giving up!
